🔧 Pre-treatment System

Micron Cartridge Filters: Dual-stage filtration (5μm and 1μm) ensures effective removal of particulates to protect RO membranes and improve efficiency.

Chemical Dosing Systems:

  • SMBS Dosing: Dechlorination to prevent damage to RO membranes.
  • Anti-scalant Dosing: Reduces scaling potential.
  • pH Correction Dosing: Ensures water stability.

💧 Reverse Osmosis System

Membranes: Hydranautics/FilmTec polyamide composite membranes deliver 99.7% salt rejection.

Two-Stage RO Configuration: Optimized recovery ratio of 60%, significantly reducing water wastage.

Pressure Vessels: FRP construction designed to handle high-pressure operations, ensuring durability.

âš¡ Electrodeionization (EDI) Unit

Advanced EDI Technology: Continuous polishing of RO permeate to achieve conductivity below 0.2 µS/cm without chemical regeneration.

Capacity: Delivers 1 CMH of ultrapure water, suitable for critical industrial applications.
